Hi, I'm Ania.
I'm a yogi, teacher, and forever student. I love early mornings when it seems as though the rest of the world is still sleeping and it's just me, the sunrise, the birds, and a good cup of coffee. I am continuously inspired by our world, nature, and those who live in it. I love people who talk with passion from the depth of their souls and who are not afraid to live their lives the way they choose to, regardless of what anyone else thinks. I spend a lot of my time exploring the outdoors, studying yoga, writing, and teaching others what yoga and the world have taught me.
Yoga has always been a natural pull for me. I practice yoga because it makes me happy. To me, yoga is not only an-hour-a-day practice, it is a life style. Yoga brings me back to a slower pace of life, and allows me to enjoy every single moment of it. Yoga may begin on the mat for many of us, but as we continue to practice, yoga begins to spill into every crack and crevice of our lives. Yoga begins to influence how we walk, talk, eat, sleep, think, forgive, love...
"When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us become better too."
- Paulo Coelho
Yoga is transformational in every aspect, and that is exactly why I choose to practice and to teach. I know that yoga has only influenced my life in the best ways possible and seeing that transformation in all my students is what I love best. We are all living on this earth together, and we must support and help each other in any way that we can.
"If you get, give. If you learn, teach."
- Maya Angelou
I would love to help and guide you on your yoga journey, whether it be to begin or advance your yoga practice, to reconnect with who you are, to aid in recovery, to find peace in stressful times, or just to take care of your body.
